Nsawam (E/R), March 9, GNA - Mr Nick Afari-Arthur of the Convention Peoples Party (CPP) at Nsawam-Aburi Constituency, on Tuesday advised government not to spend foreign inflows to manage disasters. He said such resources, which sometimes constituted loans must be channeled into productive economic sectors to spur growth and improve the lives of people. Mr Afari-Arthur gave the advice in an interview with the Ghana News Agency during a discussion organised for party members on the upcoming constituenc. . .
