The Executive Chairman of the State Enterprises Commission, Yaw Klinogu has attributed the non performance of many State Enterprises in the country to the lack of planning, accountability and effective monitoring. He has therefore called on all sector ministers to sign performance contracts with Board of Directors. Mr. Klinogu stated this when he led officials from the Commission to answer queries raised on the Auditor General"s Report covering December 2004 to 2005 during the hearing of the Public Acco. . .
