South Africa: McBride"s doctor"s case postponed

The Pretoria Magistrate"s Court has once again postponed the trial of Ga-Rankuwa medical doctor Joseph Moratioa. He stands accused of fraudulently issuing a medical certificate stating that former Ekurhuleni Metro Police boss Robert McBride was sober when he crashed his car in December 2006. The trial hearing was deferred to June 11. Presiding magistrate Peet van Vuuren granted a postponement following the insistence by former Ekurhuleni Metro Police member, Patrick Johnson, in his testimon. . .
