A Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) bus was shot at in Soweto in a drive-by shooting, Johannesburg police said today. "Four occupants in a sedan shot at a BRT bus last night but no one was injured," said Captain Katlego Mogale today. The shooting happened in Klipriver Valley Road in Soweto, while the operator was picking up other bus drivers. She was unable to say if the shooting was linked to threats made by the taxi industry.
