Retired Constitutional Court Judge Johann Kriegler, has denied charges that he is in cahoots with Western Cape Premier Helen Zille and the Democratic Alliance (DA) to hound Western Cape Judge President John Hlophe out of office. This is contained in Judge Kriegler"s affidavit handed to the Court today in a matter between Zille, Hlophe, the Judicial Services Commission (JSC) and the Judges of the Constitutional Court.
